Each project has a wallet. New wallets start at $0.00. There is no payment provider, so credit buttons do not create a charge or change the balance.

Usage rows record gateway attempts. A blocked request stores zero tokens, zero billable cost, and usage source none. Estimated mock-contract rows are labeled estimate and do not change the wallet. There is no payment provider.
